Obituary

Our son, Aravind Krishna Srinivasan, died tragically on May 18, 2021, while kayaking in Caye Caulker, Belize City, Belize, C.A.  

Aravind Krishna was born and brought up in Chennai, India. He completed his schooling in 2012, in Chennai. He graduated from Amrita University, Coimbatore, India with a Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2016 before coming to the United States to pursue his graduate studies.  He received his Master of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2018. While working towards his degree, he interned with AMD.  Upon graduation, Aravind Krishna moved to Massachusetts to join AMD full-time.

In October 2019, Aravind Krishna joined Intel, in Massachusetts as a SoC Design Engineer, working on debug of post-silicon scan, pre-silicon scan health and coverage.  

Aravind Krishna is remembered by both his family and friends as kind, ever smiling and joyful, and he could bring a smile to anyone's face. He was a “rare gem”, who was “extremely helpful, empathetic and generous, not just to his close circle of friends but to anyone who he felt needed help.”  He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, and always loved forever.

There are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they have gone the light remains.
